Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for damaged items ONLY. 

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return ONLY if the product came damaged. 

To start a return, contact us at info@ohcanadashop.com. Include photos of the damaged item and we’ll send you out a replacement item immediately. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

Once an order is placed, we can not exchange or refund your item so please be confident in your order. If we sent you an incorrect order we will send out the correct order immediately. 

Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refund will only be issued if the shipping company didn't deliver the product or the item was delivered damaged.
